The goal of our Primary grades at St. Roch Catholic School (Kindergarten through 3rd grade) is to provide students with a strong academic foundation while nurturing their spiritual growth and development. Our teachers integrate faith into their daily activities and curriculum, emphasizing the virtues and values of the Catholic faith.
K-3 follows a structured curriculum that meets state educational standards. The core subjects of reading, writing, mathematics, science, social studies, and religion are taught, along with additional classes such as art, music, technology, and physical education.
We pride ourselves with smaller classes that allow for more individualized instruction. Our teachers are committed to holistic development of each child. Students learn about the Catholic faith, study the Bible, and participate in prayer opportunities such as Mass, Rosary, and Praise and Worship. They are also involved in service projects and community outreach programs to instill a sense of social responsibility and empathy.
