Adult Bible Studies

Matthew: The King and His Kingdom is a Catholic Bible study that brings the history of Christ to life through Matthew’s Gospel. You will see Jesus as the awaited Messiah who fulfills the promises and prophecies of the Old Testament, establishes the New Law, and inaugurates the Kingdom of Heaven. This 24-session study will meet on Monday mornings from 7:45-9:00 a.m. beginning October 22. A $20 fee is asked for this study, which helps to cover the class videos and your participant study guide.

CATHOLICISM: The Pivotal Players is a multi-part film series by Bishop Barron that illumines a handful of saints, artists, mystics, and scholars who not only shaped the life of the Church but changed the course of civilization. This 13-session program will be offered on Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:00 p.m. beginning October 25, and will focus on a different individual each week. A $20 fee is asked to participate, which helps to cover your Pivotal Players study guide as well as the talk videos.

All are welcome to be a part of these opportunities to grow in faith and learn in community with others! If you are interested in participating in either of these programs, please contact Stephanie Newton at (317) 784-1763 or snewton@strochindy.com.
